The BOSTON SCHOOL OF BOABOM will be holding a
Seamm-Jasani Seminar in Boston, MA on AUGUST 23 - 24, 2008.

Asanaro, author of "The Secret Art of Seamm Jasani" ('The Secret Art of Boabom' and "Bamso, the Art of Dreams") will offering one weekend-long seminar this year at the Boston School of Boabom on August 22nd & 23rd 2008 (Saturday and Sunday). The cost of the seminar will be $250, though we are offering an early registration special: if we receive your deposit by July 1st, the price will be $200.

Join Asanaro, teacher of over twenty years’ experience, for an introductory seminar in this Ancient Way of Relaxation and Self-Healing through Meditation and Movement.

Often called the Art for Eternal Youth, Seamm-Jasani will make you feel younger, with more energy and vitality. Comparable to a cross between yoga and tai chi, this ancient Tibetan system is designed to increase vitality, balance, and Inner Energy. The Secret Art consists of slow and fluid movements that improve coordination and strengthen equilibrium between body and mind through various breathing and movement techniques. In particular, Seamm-Jasani is known for its combination of relaxation, active motion, and breathing exercises

Class 3 - Jasani 2: Advanced Movements and Beginning Forms
Saturday 7:30 - 9:00 PM
Class 4 - Form: Advanced Forms and Review
Sunday 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Class 5 - Samae: Review & Certificate-Ceremony
Sunday 2:30 - 3:30 PM

This will be an intimate, intensive SEMINAR, taught in the traditional way of Seamm-Jasani: with energies devoted to each student, and to his or her complete understanding of all that is being taught. There will be time to move, time for questions, and above all time to learn.
